•Your deposit will be credited to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, it can be applied to your next appointment; otherwise, it is non-refundable if you cancel. •Within 48 hours of your initial appointment, please inform me if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you don't get in touch within 48 hours, 50% will be applied. •No-shows will result in a 100% charge. •Cancellations made on the same day will incur a 100% fee. •If you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment will automatically be canceled and your card on file will be charged 100% for no show. •Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Do not come early as I will be with other clients. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time. Feel free to message me if you arrive early and I can see if I can get you in earlier. •Please note that for liability and insurance reasons, no additional guests are allowed during your appointment. If you bring an extra guest, they will be asked to leave. Kindly attend your appointment solo. • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. My goal is always your satisfaction, so please communicate any concerns during your appointment and I will do my best to address them. • If you’re feeling sick or unwell, please reschedule your appointment. It’s important to keep the studio a safe and healthy space for all clients. I deeply appreciate your consideration in helping maintain a clean and comfortable environment. •Please arrive with absolutely nothing on or around your eyes! No skincare, no oils, no sunscreen - nothing. This includes mascara. This ensures your lashes stick properly and your appointment stays on schedule. I have a limited amount of time scheduled for each appointment, and removing mascara especially if it’s clumpy or stubborn takes away from your service time. While I will do my best to remove any remaining residue, if the removal process is too time consuming or ineffective, you will be sent home and required to reschedule. You cannot be serviced with mascara on your lashes. Please come clean and ready. Lash extension services are provided with the utmost care and attention to safety. However, individual results may vary and are dependent on the natural condition of your lashes, lifestyle, and aftercare. Some clients may experience sensitivities or allergic reactions. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. At Mad-Lashed, follow strict hygiene protocols, but it is your responsibility to follow proper aftercare instructions to maintain lash health and longevity.
