Cancellation Policy
•Your deposit will be credited to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, it can be applied to your next appointment; otherwise, it is non-refundable if you cancel.
•Within 48 hours of your initial appointment, please inform me if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you don't get in touch within 48 hours, 50% will be applied.
•No-shows will result in a 100% charge.
•Cancellations made on the same day will incur a 100% fee.
•If you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment will automatically be canceled and your card on file will be charged 100% for no show.
•Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Do not come early as I will be with other clients. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.
Feel free to message me if you arrive early and I can see if I can get you in earlier.
•Please note that for liability and insurance reasons, no additional guests are allowed during your appointment. If you bring an extra guest, they will be asked to leave. Kindly attend your appointment solo.
•Lastly - Make sure to come with no makeup and all mascara properly removed around your eyes.
